Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Moot Court Competition -2011
A Moot Court Competition was organized in the Faculty of Law, Swami Vivekanand Subharti
University, Meerut on 8th April 2011 in Moot court Hall. Various teams participated
in the said competition. Moot Court problem was based on one case “Ramesh Kumar
v. State of Chattisgarh (2001) 9 SCC 618” decided by Hon’ble Supreme Court related
with S. 306 & 309 of the Indian Penal Code-1860. During the competition Ms. Swarnima
Srivastava & Aditi Gaur pleaded from plaintiff side and Ms. Vaishali Singh & Avi
Chaudhary pleaded from defendant side besides other participants.
