Q.1 Law School at Subharti is affiliated to which University ?
Answer : Law school is constituent college of the Swami Vivekanad Subharti University. The University has been established by U.P. State Act 29 of 2008. You will get the degree from this University and the University is recognized under section 2 (f) of UGC .

Q.2 Is Law School at Subharti recognized & approved by Bar Council of India ?
Answer : Yes, Law School at Subharti got the approval of the Bar Council of India vide its letter no. BCI: D: 1081/2009 (LE:Mtg.) dated 30/06/2009.

Q.3 Does Law School at Subharti have both the Three year Degree Course and the Five Year Degree Course ?
Answer : No, we are running only five years law course. Admission to the five year law course requires passing of the 10+2 (11+1) Examination with a minimum of 45% marks. Apart from this we have LL.M., Ph.D in Law, LL.D. and P.G Diploma courses in selected areas.

Q4. What other facilities and amenities can be availed by the students ?
Answer : We have a well equipped library with an updated stock of books, reading room, spacious class rooms, audio visual facilities, computers & internet facilities, high-tech gymnasium and an excellent faculty, transport facility, hostel and other campus facilities.

Answer : Yes, You can. But first you fill the form and appear in the entrance examination for Ph.D at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University as prescribed by UGC.

Q.13 Please, provide me information with regard to Hostel Facility.
Answer : Yes, we have separate boys and girls hostels at Subharti Campus.
