Answer : Law school is constituent college of the Swami Vivekanad Subharti University. The University has been established by U.P. State Act 29 of 2008. You will get the degree from this University and the University is recognized under section 2 (f) of UGC .
Q.2 Is Law School at Subharti recognized & approved by Bar Council of India ?
Answer : Yes, Law School at Subharti has the approval of the Bar Council of India vide its letter no. BCI: D: 1081/2009 (LE:Mtg.) dated 30/06/2009.
Q.3 Does Law School at Subharti have both a Three year Degree Course and a Five Year Degree Course ?
Answer : No, we are running only a five year law course. Admission to the five year law course requires passing of the 10+2 (11+1) Examination, with a minimum of 45% marks. Apart from this, we have LL.M., Ph.D in Law, LL.D. and P.G Diploma courses in selected areas.

Answer : We have a well equipped library with an updated stock of books, reading room, spacious class rooms, audio visual facilities, computers & internet facilities, high-tech gymnasium and an excellent faculty, transport facility, hostel and other campus facilities.
