This course is being run on the pattern of National Law Universities.
B.A. LL.B. Integrated Degree Course
Eligibility for Admission
The minimum educational qualification for admission in B.A.LL.B. Integrated Degree Course is Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized Board/University with minimum percentage of marks as may be prescribed by the Bar Council of India from time to time.
The maximum age limit for seeking admission into B.A.LL.B. Integrated Degree Course is twenty years for the applicants of General category and twenty two years for SC/ST/other backward classes on 1st Jan of the year of admission. The maximum age limit may be relaxed in exceptional cases subject to permission from the Bar Council of India.
Teaching Course
The B.A.LL.B Integrated Degree Course is of five years duration divided into ten semesters.
The academic calendar shall be as follows:-
Ist, IIIrd, Vth, VIIth and IXth Semester
Session-1st July to 30th Nov. Exam. -1st to 15th Dec.
IInd, IVth, VIth, VIIIth and Xth Semester
Session-1st January to 31st May. Exam. -1st to 15th June.

(c) Regulator Internship
Internship is one of the modes of practical training in the sphere of legal education. This is an opportunity to study and examine the structure and behavior of legal organizations. It shows to them the nature of legal framework of the institutions and concerned issues. Students get the benefit of an exposure to law in action rather than law in books. It is also to be ensured that internship does not clash or overshadow academic programme. The internship programme is carried out by the SARPA-SIL during the winter and summer breaks between the academic semesters. It is important that prior to commencement of internship, the student discuss with their faculty and the mentor, the approach, process and modalities involved. The Internship programme as designed by SARPA-SIL for the five year law programmes is as given below:

Internship programme is carried out diligently by the SARPA-SIL and the students are taking active participation with more than adequate enthusiasm.
Attendance (Mandatory)
The students are expected to attend all the classes and should not have less than 75 % attendance in theory as well as in practical papers to be eligible to appear in the university examination.
Examination
Theory papers shall consist of 100 marks in the semester examination as under:
(a) Internal assessment: 40 marks ( Regular assessment on National Law University Pattern )
(b) University Examination: 60 marks
